WE DO NOT PROCESS ORDERS TO ANY OTHER COUNTRY (Including EU countries, Ireland & Northern Ireland)
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are usually mailed out within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment, but please allow for weekends, Bank holidays and BUSY times (Jan – May) which may add an extra day or two.
Delivery within the UK is via Royal Mail Special Delivery which is guaranteed Next Business Day by 1pm from the day we mail out your order and you receive the final order update.
EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME
Once we have updated your order status to, “COMPLETED” you can then expect your delivery the next business day by 1pm* (*some UK post codes may differ).
IF YOU MISS YOUR DELIVERY
Or, if Royal Mail could not deliver your package securely, you may request the tracking number from us AFTER 3pm on the day of expected delivery, to rearrange your delivery or collect your package from your local PO.
PLEASE NOTE: TRACKING NUMBERS
Due to our mailing system not being automated, we do not email everyone with tracking numbers, as it’s far too time consuming….and most customers will receive their order, before we could finish all the emails!
If you have not received your order within 2 business days from receiving your final order update saying that we have completed your order, please CONTACT US so we can either give you the tracking link, or look into it for you!
